Our business was established in the late 1990’s to meet a need for communication, training and consulting in the Customer Contact arena, and has evolved as a customer-centric consultancy with training and HR development as its main focus .

Our company runs in-house training courses on a wide variety of subjects aimed at various levels of personnel. We design and customise training for individual companies according to their specific needs. We have continued to provide services to our clients focussing on the personalisation and quality of what we deliver, emphasising the quality of work being performed and more importantly the sustainability of such training.
